Your photo is not kept
The photo you upload is processed in memory to produce the render, then discarded. It is never written to disk.
🔒 EXIF metadata is stripped on the way in, before anything else happens. That matters: a phone attaches GPS coordinates to a photo, and your home address should not travel because you wanted to see your living room furnished.
What is kept, and for how long
Only the output image — the furnished room — is stored, so the page can show it to you. It sits behind a signed, unguessable address and is never indexed.
Renders are deleted automatically after 30 days.
No account, no cookie
The site sets no cookies and asks for no account. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Traffic is measured server-side, in aggregate, with no individual identifier.
Processors
The render and the room analysis are performed by OpenAI (United States), which receives the photo and the produced image for the duration of the processing. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models.
Hosting is provided by the host named in the legal notice.

You may request access, correction or erasure at contact@cocooningstudio.com. As no account exists, please include the address of the render concerned.
You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).
